Industrial and Government Exhibits Reservation Form

EXHIBIT RESERVATION: Thank you for your interest in an Industrial or Government Exhibit for the 2006 MAPLD International Conference.  This page and the form below provides you with a reservation to exhibit at MAPLD 2006.  You will be asked to register later and subsequently billed.  Exhibit space will be reserved on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis.  You will be welcome at all sessions and meals and will also receive a copy of the Conference Proceedings for each registration.   All exhibitors must register.

STANDARD PACKAGES: For 2006, there will again be three standard exhibit sizes, as detailed below.  The large exhibit is the most popular size, favored by most exhibitors.  The small exhibit is intended for one-person consultants, is of minimum cost, and provides minimum services.  The double sized exhibit was quite popular in 2005, the first year it was offered as a standard package, and will remain a standard option.

SPONSORSHIPS: A number of exhibiting organizations have asked to become MAPLD sponsors and appropriate mechanisms are now being established to permit non-US Government sponsors. Neither MAPLD or any of its staff will solicit sponsorships. If your organization wishes to become a sponsor, then you must volunteer and initiate the process. Sponsorships will be distinct and separate from an exhibit and must be initiated by an e-mail from your organization.  Please e-mail me if you have any questions.

Exhibitor's FAQ: Over the years we have found a lot of "frequently asked questions."  On this page we have also included some material to make your exhibiting experience both proceed smoothly and have maximum effectiveness.
