Actel is continuously running reliability tests on the 0.25µ RTSX-SU and 0.15µ RTAX-S antifuse based FPGA products. This section will provide a brief update on the Actel sponsored, NASA sponsored, and Aerospace sponsored reliability tests currently in progress on the 0.25µ RTSX-SU devices. Also discussed will be the Actel collected reliability data on the 0.15µ RTAX-S devices thru qualification testing and production level reliability testing.
