Andrew D. Kostic, Ph.D.
Biography
Dr. Kostic has been a leader in areas of electronic product quality, reliability, and failure analysis for over 30 years. Andrew has been involved with all phases of the product life cycle. He held senior technical positions at Unisys and IBM and is currently an Engineering Fellow for the Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems Division Product Integrity Department.
Andrew is a senior member of IEEE and served several terms as Chairman of the Twin Cities IEEE Reliability Chapter. Dr. Kostic is Northrop Grumman’s representative to the JEDEC Solid State Products Quality and Reliability Committees. He has over thirty publications on electronics quality and reliability including an invited tutorial at the 1999 IEEE Reliability Physics Symposium.
