Radiation Tolerant Solid State Recorder for Space Environment

   Abstract:
   This paper addresses the use of COTS products to build high-density
   solid-state recorders for the radiation tolerant environment such 
   as space shuttle and space station.  This recorder addresses the 
   needs to process high volume of data for in-flight processing or 
   telemetry buffering.
