Biography

Bill Anderson is the GOES-R spacecraft project lead C&DH engineer. In this position Mr. Anderson was a driving force to baseline SpaceWire for the GOES-R data communications interface between the instrument and spacecraft. He also directs a team of engineers developing SpaceWire hardware and software. Mr. Anderson works closely with GOES-R instrument and spacecraft contractors in the resolution of issues relating to SpaceWare. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1990.
