Biography

Paul Cheng received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from UCLA. After 13 years at TRW and five years at Aerospace during which he changed profession four times, he is now a Senior Engineering Specialist at Aerospace dealing with system safety lessons, program executability, and other risk management issues.
