Important
: The exhibitors maintain sole responsibility for the safety and security of their exhibits. NASA, OLD and its Grunt Engineers, and the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center will not be held liable for anything.  Exhibitors may not fasten anything to the walls or floors - OR ELSE!!!!  Note that MAPLD will be supplementing the normal building security force.

 

Note: The following information described the two full-day seminars being offered this year.  Seminar registration is separate from the conference.  A drop-down box is provided for each person registering so that they can select a seminar if they wish.  Additionally, each person registering should make an entree selection for the Banquet if they plan on attending that event.

Topic: "Aerospace Mishaps and Lessons Learned" (6 hours, full day).

3. Exhibitors Attending MAPLD
As a courtesy, you may register all attendees from your company
at once using this form.  The total charges for any additional attendees,
in addition to your registrations included as part of the exhibit, will be
computed with $400 (early bird rate) for each extra attendee.  You may
change your registered personnel by sending me an e-mail at
mapld2004@klabs.org later if you wish, that is easy to do.  If you
are not sure who will be attending, please just type in "John Doe #2"
or something similar so we can get the billing straight now.
